Cash, Cashier's Check, Personal check with a picture identification or blank letter of guarantee with check are accepted as form of payment. Credit cards that are accepted are visa Mastercard, American Express and Discover. A 3% office processing fee will be added to all purchases. (However, the fee will be discounted for purchases paid for by cash, cashier's check or Personal Check) All Checks received will be ran through a check reader machine at the time of payment.
1. GBL and its associates act as agents only on all sales and are not responsible for buyer/seller error or misunderstandings. All guarantees are strictly between buyer and seller. Except as provided in our soundness guarantee means horses are sold "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 2. Any defects or bad habits such cribbing, or weaving MUST be called when the horse is sold. 3. The commission will be 10% of the selling price. The consignor will have the privilege to no sale or pass out on their horse. If the horse is passed out or a no sale, the cost to the consignor will be the catalog fee plus $20.00 plus yardage, insurance and catalog fee if horse is consigned for catalog sale. 4. Notice: ONLY horses consigned to the sale will be allowed on the sale grounds. 5. Data provided in this catalog in generally correct but occasionally errors occur due to incorrect data received from others, processing mistakes and other causes. We disclaim liability for such errors but appreciate their being called to our attention. 6 Catalog fee is NON-REFUNABLE. For horses that are withdrawn from the sale or a "no show", the consignors will still be charged the consignment fee. 7. Title passes to the buyer at fall of the hammer. All risk of injury to the horse becomes buyer's risk at passing of title. Buyer agrees to release defend indemnity and hold owes managers and employees harmless from all losses expenses and claims related to the possession, care, custody, control or miniatous after the fall of the hammer of any horse on which he or she is the successful bidder, whether resulting in whole or in part from their own negligence, including but not limited to any claims arising out of injuries or damaged cased but the horse after fall of hammer. The horse will be held for buyer until buyer makes settlement as provided. Buyer is responsible to check registration and registration and additional paperwork at the time of settlement.
Soundness Guarantee All catalog horses on Saturday are assumed to be sound unless otherwise stated. Guy Bynum Livestock's soundness guarantee applies only to catalog horses sold in the ring to be sound for $1500 or more and is as follows: Soundness for the purpose of this guarantee is defined as "No observable lameness, no cribbing, no weaving, clear eyes, sound of wind, no overbite or underbite, and stallions over the age of 18 months possess 2 descended testicles." This applies ONLY to the Saturday catalog horses sold to be sound IN THE RING for $1500 or more. The soundness guarantee DOES NOT apply to: Horses sold outside of the ring. If you want the guarantee, you must be the high bidder in the ring. Horses sold for less than $1500; all horses sold on Sunday; any horse sold "as is" or needing maintenance". If you purchase a Saturday catalog horse sold to be sound and you find it to be otherwise, you MUST contact Mitch Stanley by 6pm on Monday following the sale. Not Tuesday, not a week later- by 6pm Monday. Pease note that the soundness guarantee DOES NOT guarantee riding suitability/ability and is limited to the soundness points listed above.
